Guests often appreciate the hotel's proximity to the beach, with Venus Beach just a short walk away, and many find the location convenient, especially with Lidl and bus stops nearby for accessing the town. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, some featuring kitchens with a big fridge, cooker, oven and even a washing machine, and some guests have been upgraded to suites with stunning sea views and huge balconies. Some guests have noted that the hotel's decor is a bit older, particularly around the pool area, however, the breakfast receives positive feedback for its variety, including freshly prepared omelettes and pancakes.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

big balconypleasant promenadeoutdated hotellittle furniture
The room was a nice size and had a big balcony. All devices worked fine I also liked that the beach was very close to the hotel. The promenade offered a pleasant sea view with ships.
I noticed that the hotel seems outdated and not very well maintained. The lobby is huge but has a lot of echo since there is not much furniture or decoration there.

rude staffpool towels deposit
I was pretty bummed the staff weren't polite or good at customer service. They were rude, especially in the breakfast area and reception. paying a deposit for pool towels and changing them every 2 days seemed a bit much, too. never have i ever been asked for deposits before
